Every set of Parablocks is individually handmade by me in Scotland using carefully selected premium materials and traditional craftsmanship. Built from solid Ash hardwood with hardwood dowels, the main body contains no screws for a clean, durable construction.

With over 20 years of experience in design, product development, and handcrafting, I created Parablocks from the ground up to offer something genuinely unique—combining exceptional performance, comfort, and aesthetics.

Parablocks allow you to perform a huge range of push-up variations and calisthenics exercises, including:

The unique shape lets you fine-tune your hand position and angles for greater comfort and control. The large ergonomic grip and finger clearance underneath create a natural, secure feel that I personally prefer over traditional parallettes. In fact, that's exactly why I designed them.

They're also compact and easy to travel with, making them perfect for training wherever you go.
