Optional Grip Stopper / Pommel

Adds a standard club or mace style pommel to your Sandflail. It provides extra security so your grip never limits your workout.

Quick Setup:

1. Insert the cork ball into the opening of the Sandflail a couple inches down.

2. Tie off the band just above the ball, leaving enough material (about an inch) for the band to securely bite into, will not fall off if you do this.
